I did it! I FIT INTO A 30 IN FOREVER 21 SHORTS! && I’m almost a 29! I never new this day would come! I remember when I couldnt even get them even near my butt and now a 30 is almost to big!
I don’t understand why people always try to stop people loose weight ? anyone ?

There aren’t many exercises out there that deliver as much benefits as the kettlebell swing:
- It’s a compound exercise that works your whole posterior chain, but mainly your glutes and hamstrings.
